A pianist since the age of five, Sample shares that early love of music with families at this shorter, discount-priced family matinee. Sample’s solo performance features an abbreviated version of his famed History of Jazz Piano program. A short Q&A session follows the performance.
Note on Pricing: Adult tickets for SFJAZZ Family Matinee shows have two different price levels. Adults attending the show without children pay the standard rate of $15 per ticket. However, all adults attending the show with children or seniors are eligible for discounted $10 tickets when purchased in the same transaction as at least one $5 child or senior ticket. The $5 ticket price applies only to children 12 years and under and seniors 65 years and older.
