Leaders Circle Ticket Buying Tips

This page is only for donors making Annual Fund committments of $1,200/year of greater. Ticket tips for Members at other levels and the public can be found here.

Leaders Circle tickets are now online

With the SFJAZZ Center, premium reserved Leaders Circle seats are now available online. To access these seats, you must log-in to the web site first. After you log-in, Leaders Circle reserved seats will open to you. These seats will not be marked differently than other available seats, but only Leaders Circle will see them as available.

We also now offer the ability to pick the exact seats you'll be sitting in via our "Select You Own Seat" maps. If you prefer to let the web site pick the best seats for you, then choose "Best Available".

Personalized ticket service is available by phone or email

Leaders Circle can still always contact Justin Walters, Box Office Manager, at 415-283-0347 or jwalters@sfjazz.org with your ticket order and questions. However, phone lines will be very busy during the first days of the Members Advance Sales period starting October 13, so please bear that in mind. This phone and email address is only for use by Leaders Circle, all other orders placed through these channels will not be accepted.

Premium seats will sell out

Our membership has grown significantly in the last few years, and we expect all seats in the SFJAZZ Center to be in very high demand. Premium seats are always the first to sell out. We strongly encourage Leaders Circle to get their orders in during the Members Advance Sales period (October 13 - November 2). We cannot guarantee availability at a later date.

Season 1 tickets will be mailed in December

We will mail all tickets for Season 1 in the SFJAZZ Center in early December. Any ticket orders placed for the 30th Anniversary San Francisco Jazz Festival will be mailed right away.

Your account log-in

If you don't know your account info, click "Lookup Your Account" on the Log-in page.

SFJAZZ recently made upgrades to our site that require accounts to use an email address instead of a separate user ID. If you previously had a user ID, you will now need to log-in with your email address on file.

The log-in page also has options to retrieve your password and create a new account. If you are a Member, do not create a new account as the system will not automatically find your membership. Please call us at 415-788-7353 for assistance.
