• Check-In Process

  Guest registration and coat check are located in front of the SFJAZZ Center. Your Gala Concert Ticket(s) will be held at registration. For group purchasers, all tickets will be held under the purchaser’s name or individual guest’s names, if provided.

  Note: Performance tickets will not be mailed in advance. You will pick them up the night of the Gala at our check-in registration tent at Franklin and Fell in front of the SFJAZZ Center.

• Dress

  Black Tie. After Party dress is Black Tie optional.

• Valet

  For VIP, Luminary, and Champion ticket purchasers - Complimentary valet parking is located on Franklin and Fell Streets in front of the SFJAZZ Center. You can drive north on Franklin Street and take a left onto Fell Street to drop your car with valet (on the right) OR you can drive North on Franklin Street and park on the left side of the street in front of the SFJAZZ Center (west side of the road), white zone.

• Rideshare

  If you are arriving via a rideshare app, please pull up along the SFJAZZ Center. Use 201 Franklin Street as your destination address.

• Immersive Lighting

  Please note that our immersive lighting system includes moving lights, which could trigger a response in some individuals.

• Accessibility

  If you require ADA seating for the Gala Concert, please let us know in advance by contacting us at gala@sfjazz.org.
