Divesh Makan - 1st Term
Divesh Makan is a founding partner of ICONIQ Capital, a global investment firm that channels ideas, talent, and capital to initiatives that advance society. Founded in 2011, ICONIQ advises and invests on behalf of some of the world’s most influential families and organizations while driving transformation at the intersection of technology and traditional industries. Previously, Divesh was an executive director at Morgan Stanley, vice president at Goldman Sachs, and a senior manager at Accenture specializing in private equity investments. A trusted advisor for multiple companies and other organizations, Divesh serves on the board of overseers at UCSF. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Natal, South Africa. Divesh lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three daughters.
