The Artistic Associate Producer will, under the leadership of Founder and Executive Artistic Director, Randall Kline, be one of a team responsible for the artistic planning, budgeting, managing and scheduling of all of the SFJAZZ concerts happening each fiscal year in both halls within the Center. This position will be principally responsible for managing all aspects of the SFJAZZ Collective.

The Executive Assistant works closely with the CEO to manage organizational priorities and represents the CEO internally and externally; providing liaison between the CEO, Board, funders, and employees; providing administrative, coordinative, and project management assistance.
The Major Gifts Officer plays a critical role in increasing individual donor support and acting as an ambassador for SFJAZZ across the community. He/she is responsible for overseeing the stewardship of current donors and solicitation of prospective donors to the current capital campaign as well as other special campaigns. The Major Gifts Officer will also be responsible for formalizing the organization’s planned giving program.
