SFJAZZ is seeking an experienced full-time Audience Service Manager. This position is responsible for providing performance and special event supervision in support of all SFJAZZ departments. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of personnel, equipment, and contracted services in the front of house throughout the event lifecycle for SFJAZZ activities. As a key member of the SFJAZZ team the Audience Services Manager will provide critical operational interface to the ongoing focus of creating a supportive and optimized work environment.

The Donor Services Coordinator (DSC) reports to the Senior Manager, Membership and plays a key role in planning and implementing SFJAZZ’s fundraising program by prioritizing Department work flow and providing information and analysis on both individual and institutional prospects and funding sources. The DSC manages administration of the Development Department’s portion of Tessitura CRM system, including gift entry and acknowledgement, solicitations, and reporting. The DSC works collegially with other members of the department as well as other staff across the organization to make sure department projects and objectives are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.

The Associate Event Producer assists in designing, planning, and execution of fundraising and stewardship events essential to the organization’s fundraising goals, focusing primarily on our annual Gala. The Associate Event Producer acts as a liaison between the Development and Production/Operations departments, as well as outside vendors involved in special events, and is central to successful event execution for the department. The Associate Event Producer will gain an excellent understanding of how a major arts presenter effectively builds a donor base through special events and creates and maintains a successful event program.

The SFJAZZ Video Production Supervisor is a mid-level position that provides crucial support to SFJAZZ Artistic and Rentals departments. A primary role of this position is to video capture and stream live performances under the direction of the Director of Production, Production Manager and the Technical Manager. This key role requires the technician to be familiar with the entire lifecycle of video production from pre production, production, post-production and various delivery methods in industry-standard formats.

The SFJAZZ Development Events Intern will work alongside members of the Development team and other SFJAZZ staff in assisting with planning and executing fundraising events throughout the year.

Under the direction of the Director of Finance, the Staff Accountant will support the finance team with various accounting and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow in learning and building skills in the non-profit and performing arts sector.
