SFJAZZ is seeking an experienced full-time Applications Specialist. This position will provide a variety of IT-related services to all SFJAZZ departments. Areas of accountability include application and technical support, user training, equipment procurement and support of IT process development. Functions as one of two liaisons to IT-related vendors, collaborating to create and manage training programs, processes related to the selection and implementation of new technologies and engagements with outside organizations. As a key member of the SFJAZZ Team the Applications Specialist will provide critical bridge knowledge between the SFJAZZ Operational and IT environments.

The Associate Director, Development Events is responsible for planning and producing all major SFJAZZ fundraising and stewardship events, including the annual Gala, Salons, Artist Dinners and other events essential to the organization’s fundraising goals. The Associate Director, Development Events will work closely with and manage the efforts of event committees, hosts and senior leadership, and will ensure a unified and comprehensive plan for all Development events. This position supervises the Events Associate.
The Donor Services Manager (DSM) reports to the Associate Director, Membership & Donor Services and plays a key role in planning and implementing SFJAZZ’s fundraising program by prioritizing Department work flow and providing information and analysis on both individual and institutional prospects and funding sources. The DSM manages administration of the Development Department’s portion of Tessitura CRM system, supervises two Donor Services Assistants, manages gift entry and acknowledgement, solicitations, and revenue reporting. The DSM works collegially with other members of the department as well as other staff across the organization to make sure departmental projects and objectives are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.
Lead SFJAZZ in all phases of technical production of events, including concerts, performances and multi-media presentations. You will work with a team of core production staff to create a world-class listening and viewing experience for patrons. The SFJAZZ Technical Manager is a full-time, salaried position that provides crucial support to SFJAZZ Artistic and Rentals departments, under the direction of the Director of Production. The Technical Manager has oversight responsibility (maintenance, repair, capital recommendations) of all theatrical (audio, lighting, mechanical and video) systems at the SFJAZZ Center. It is essential that this candidate have excellent organizational and time-management skills and be able to meet crucial deadlines.
