Celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Duke Ellington's Concert of Sacred Music, which premiered at Grace Cathedral on Sept. 16, 1965. An all-star lineup performed Ellington's compositions in all-new arrangements by saxophonist Miguel Zenón, featuring Kurt Elling, Savion Glover, Queen Esther Marrow, Melissa Aldana, Sean Jones, The Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir, Ben Goldberg, Edward Simon, Elena Pinderhughes and more!
