With a name that references both survivors of the African slave trade and the power of groove, GRAMMY-nominated Cuban musician Cimafunk brings a blissful mix of Afro-Cuban traditions and American funk with “an energy that demands your attention and a rhythm that suits whatever mood you’re in” (Rolling Stone).
