• Complimentary Valet Parking

  Valet parking is available for all guests arriving by personal vehicle. It will be located on the west side of Franklin Street (at Fell Street).

• Check-In Process

  Upon arrival, please proceed to the entrance of the guest registration tent located on Fell Street. There, you will receive your registration packet, including your performance tickets and a concert program guide.

  Note: Performance tickets will not be mailed in advance.

• Performance Tickets

  You will receive your tickets at the guest registration tent located the SFJAZZ Center entrance. The tickets will not be mailed in advance. For table purchasers or purchasers with multiple tickets, tickets will be held under your guests’ names.

• Coat Check

  A complimentary coat check will be made available in the registration tent at the SFJAZZ Center Fell St entrance.

• Attire

  Creative black tie

• IMMERSIVE LIGHTING

  Please note that our immersive lighting system includes moving lights, which could trigger a response in some individuals.

• Mask Policy

  Masks are welcome, but are not required.

• COVID-19 Testing

  Everyone is encouraged, but not required to take a COVID-19 rapid antigen test within 48 hours of the event. Please monitor your health and if you’re feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay home.
