SFJAZZ Collective
The septet featuring music director and tenor saxophonist Chris Potter, tenor saxophonist David Sánchez, trumpeter Mike Rodriguez, vibraphonist Warren Wolf, pianist Edward Simon, bassist Matt Brewer, and drummer Kendrick Scott will collaborate with the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco to compose new material inspired by The de Young Museum's About Place collection featuring 42 works by more than 30 Bay Area artists.
