SFJAZZ Center Reopening

IMPORTANT HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

PLEASE READ: All audience members, staff and artists must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Prior to entering the SFJAZZ Center, you will be asked to provide proof of vaccination through a QR code generated by Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record website, or an original physical vaccination card or photograph of it, along with a valid government issued photo ID (a Student ID for minors under the age of 18 is also acceptable).

BEGINNING FEB 1ST
BOOSTER SHOT REQUIRED:

Per San Francisco city guidelines, beginning February 1, 2022, for those eligible, SFJAZZ will require proof of a COVID-19 booster – received at least one week prior to the performance they are attending—for entrance into the SFJAZZ Center. This expands upon the organization's current requirement that all patrons ages 12 and up present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 and audience members under the age of 12 to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. All ticket holders will be required to provide proof of vaccination including a booster shot, and a government issued photo ID in order to enter the SFJAZZ Center.

For audience members who are not eligible for a booster until after February 1, 2022, and are up-to-date on vaccination, will not need to provide proof of boosters. Recipients of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines become eligible for a booster six months after their second dose, and recipients of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine become eligible two months after their single dose.

The safety and health of our staff, patrons and artists are of utmost importance, and we will continue to update our policies to provide a safe concert experience for everyone. As health department directives are updated, we will continue to revise our policies.

Joshua Redman, Jacqui Naylor, Martin Luther McCoy, and Edward Simon welcome you back to the SFJAZZ Center.
