FRANK WILLIAMS -
Frank has worked in the healthcare industry across the last 30+ years as a Founder/CEO, business advisor and investor. He has focused his career on addressing health disparities and driving improvements in care for vulnerable populations. He currently serves as a board member / advisor to UCSF Health, Blackbird, Foodsmart, Helix, Nayya, Qualified Health and Wellth, as well as a Venture Partner at Define Ventures.
Previously, Frank co-founded Evolent Health (NYSE:EVH) and served as its Chairman/CEO. During his tenure, the company completed an IPO, grew to $1B+ in annualized revenue with over 3,500 employing serving over 15MM patients nationwide. Prior to Evolent, Frank also served as Chairman and CEO of The Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO), a research and SAAS technology firm that served over 5,000 healthcare organizations. During Frank's tenure, The Advisory Board completed an IPO and grew to $450M+ in annual revenues with 2,500+ employees and $2B+ in market capitalization.
Frank received his BA with High Honors in Political Economies of Industrial Societies from Cal (‘88) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (‘95). A native Californian, Frank resides in Berkeley, has four kids and loves just about anything in the outdoors.
