Allison is a global marketing leader with experience leading companies through major technology transitions. She helped develop and launch IBM’s e-business strategy in the early internet days. She joined Netscape to help pivot the company from internet browser to enterprise software company. She worked with Carly Fiorina at HP to reposition the company through its acquisition of Compaq Computer. She led global marketing communications at Apple during the Steve Jobs era where she helped launch some of the most iconic products of our time. She partnered with Jack Dorsey to build a hybrid marketing and venture capital studio where she worked with Twitter, Square, Braintree/Venmo, Impossible Foods, Gofundme, among others. She was an EVP and CMO at Paypal where she led the transformation of its global marketing community. And most recently, she was CMO at Enphase Energy where she built a full-stack marketing team to help accelerate the global transition to a renewable energy future. A lifelong jazz enthusiast, she cites the principles of jazz—exploration, improvisation, creativity, and an ensemble mindset—as the foundation of her approach to leadership.

She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Communications
