Volume 1 of the 3-part series includes 8 selections from the band’s inception in 2004 to the 2011 Season, featuring originals and rearrangements of music by Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, McCoy Tyner, Horace Silver, and Stevie Wonder.
