Volume 1 of the 3-part series includes 8 selections from the band’s inception in 2004 to the 2011 Season, featuring originals and rearrangements of music by Ornette Coleman, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter, McCoy Tyner, Horace Silver, and Stevie Wonder.

The 2xLP limited-edition release features performances by 19 different artists, including Joshua Redman, Miguel Zenón, Joe Lovano, Nicholas Payton, Dave Douglas, Robin Eubanks, Bobby Hutcherson, Stefon Harris, Renee Rosnes, Brian Blade, Eric Harland and many more!
